Dairy cattle are susceptible to developing mastitis since their udders are handled frequently. Mastitis is the inflammation of udder tissue and this can be caused by an injury or by infection from bacteria. One of the best way to control mastitis is to prevent it.

Recommended Procedure
Pre-Milking
- Remove visible soil from the teat.
- Observe pre-milk stripping couple of times in strip cup.
- Spray the teat full length.
- Wait for 30 sec and dry the teat with clean dry towel.
- Attach the milking unit.
Post Milking
Spray the teat and udder full length
ensuring the complete coverage.
For teat dipping pour the liquid in a non metallic cup and dip the teat.
